Data quality

Data maintained by people, not simply accumulated over time.

Reliable audience data requires ongoing work. Our research team works on our K–12 performing-arts data every day: research, verify, normalize, refresh.

01

Research

Our team reviews school and district websites to identify and update performing-arts program and decision-maker information.

02

Verify

Researchers confirm information against available school or district sources and, when available, consider how recently that information was updated.

03

Normalize

Information is standardized so datasets can be consistently segmented, maintained, and delivered to customers.

04

Refresh

Email deliverability is checked quarterly, and annual license customers receive a newly refreshed complete audience file, in Excel, every quarter.

When information changes

We research changes rather than carrying questionable email data forward.

When an email address no longer delivers or a decision-maker appears to have changed schools or positions, our team researches the dataset. If we can’t confidently identify an updated email address, we remove the unsupported email from our system.

Pricing

Clear pricing, before you commit.

Four questions we hear most, answered up front. They aren’t steps you have to follow in order — the sample and pilot are optional, and you can go straight to an annual license.

01

Count My Audience

Tell us about your business. We’ll explain the available criteria, build a selection with you, and show you the audience count and cost. Refine the selection until it fits your goals and budget.

03

Let Me Prove It

For $250 total, receive 1,000 contacts matched to your criteria, with full data fields, for a 90-day pilot. Use them in real campaigns and apply your payment toward an eligible annual purchase.

04

Tell Me the Cost

Your annual license is $395 per 1,000 contacts, with a 1,000-contact minimum. See the price before committing. Choose the optional pilot or proceed directly to your full purchase.

Example

A pilot, then a 10,000-contact annual license

The $250 credit comes off the whole order once — not per 1,000 contacts.

Pilot payment (already paid)$250
Annual purchase: 10,000 contacts × $395 per 1,000$3,950
Pilot credit, applied once−$250
Due at annual purchase$3,700
Total paid across pilot and annual license$3,950

Counts and prices are confirmed in your written audience summary. “Full data fields” describes the fields supplied; not every field is populated in every dataset. If there’s no annual purchase, pilot data must be deleted after 90 days — the 30-day credit window doesn’t extend use of the pilot data. Campaign results aren’t guaranteed.
