In band, choir, orchestra, dance, and theatre, everything starts with a cue: the conductor’s downbeat, the count-in, the signal to step on stage. It’s the moment everyone moves together. That’s what we want to be for our customers: the signal that helps you reach the right programs at the right time.
Reach highly specific performing-arts audiences that can be hard to identify on your own.
A dedicated team researches and maintains our K–12 data every day, with quarterly email verification and refreshed customer files.
We work directly with you on a short call to define the right audience, compare options, and choose a purchase that fits your goals and budget.
The dedicated team behind MTD Research is still here, and a few new voices have joined the ensemble.

A former music educator with a Bachelor of Music Education from West Texas A&M, Corey has spent more than two decades building companies that serve school fine arts programs, co-founding Green Light Group Tours in 2003 and GroupCollect in 2018. As CEO of CutTime, he led the 2021 acquisition of MTD Research, now Cue. He lives in St. Augustine, Florida, where his two daughters are active in band, choir, musical theatre, and dance.

Mike Simon brings more than 35 years of experience connecting business strategy, technology, and people to solve meaningful problems. At MTD Research, now Cue, he helps champion the value of fine arts in student education and strengthen connections between educators and the suppliers who support their programs. He turns data and industry relationships into practical insights that help teachers advocate for funding, find relevant resources, and make informed decisions. His focus is helping educators build stronger programs and give more students opportunities to participate in the arts.

Lauren joined MTD Research, now Cue, after more than a decade as a National Sales Manager for Texas TV stations, where she built long-lasting client relationships. She’s no stranger to music, either: she played French horn and served as drum major in high school. Lauren lives in College Station, Texas, with her husband, Ricky, and their two children.
